Registration & Membership
Complete your registration in three steps: (1) fill in the registration form, (2) pay via PayPal, (3) become a member or renew your IAPCT membership if you haven’t already.
Step 1 — Fill in the registration form
Online and in-person participants: Let us know you’re coming and what you need.
Step 2 — Pay for your registration
When making your PayPal payment, please include your full name and what you’re paying for in the payment note (e.g. “Jane Smith — residential package”).
Residential package — £300
4 nights at the Parsonage Hotel (Tuesday–Saturday or Wednesday–Sunday), all meals during conference days (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday), full use of conference facilities and hotel spa. Subsidised thanks to a generous member contribution. Available for up to 30 participants, first-come first-served, with preference for presenters. Payment by end of June secures your spot.
A 5th night (Tuesday or Sunday) can be added at approximately £160, at personal cost. Partners are welcome in-room for an additional £40 per night, including breakfast and spa access; other meals at personal cost. Saturday dinner is not included — we’ll head into York together that evening. Please contact Susan McCormack susan.mccormack47@gmail.com to arrange specific details and payment.
Online attendance — free. No payment needed.
Day guests Please pay in advance through paypal. When making your PayPal payment, please include your full name and what you’re paying for in the payment note (e.g. “Jane Smith — wednesday, thursday day guest – lunch only”). If paypal isn’t working for you, please contact Susan McCormack susan.mccormack47@gmail.com to arrange specific details and payment.

MOL practitioners’ meeting – registration costs will be announced later (we’ll keep it low), and payment will be arranged separately.
Step 3 — IAPCT Membership
The residential package is available to IAPCT members. Not yet a member? Joining is straightforward and supports the organisation year-round.
- Full Professional Membership: $60/year
- Student Membership: $10/year
When paying, please include your name and email address in the payment note so we can update your membership records.
